Southend is another iconic small fishing village located at at the southern end of Rivoli Bay, a 20-minute drive from Beachport. With stunning coastal walks, beaches sheltered from the South Eastern winds, it’s well worth a visit.

Lake George is an amazing natural attraction with uninterrupted views over the lake and incredible birdlife. We suggest taking a picnic hamper and enjoy the tranquillity.

The Beachport scenic drive is not to be missed. The drive takes in spectacular views over limestone cliffs and sweeping bays. Try parking at one of the many spots along the drive and enjoy the wild Southern Ocean.

The Beachport jetty is considered one of the most spectacular in South Australia. At 772m it is also the second longest in the state. Offering both stunning views and great fishing opportunities, its not to be missed during your stay in the town.

Other features of the town include some wonderful spots easily accessible by foot. Wendy’s Lookout, Lanky’s Well, the Pool of Siloam, Glens Point, Christmas Beach, Beachport Lagoon and Woakwine Cutting to name just a few.
